What Bat sizes are available?
Only Short Handle as of now. We’ll soon be launching other sizes. If you are interested, please hit us up at email@example.com and we will let you know once we have size options available.
How do I modify my order after I have place it?
ADD/ REMOVE A PRODUCT Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won't be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products. CHANGE ADDRESS Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address/phone number / Email id . However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred address/phone number / Email id Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations. CHANGE DELIVERY DATE We try to deliver all your orders in the earliest time possible. However, if you want delivery at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he gets in touch with you.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Any product ordered from the website usually takes 5-7 working days to reach you.
how are our products authentic?
We source directly from highest source of products available to cut off counterfeiting happening in the supplychain.
I received my ordered item. But product is not meeting my expectation, can I return it?
Yes, you can return the product within 3 days after receiving the product with following conditions:
Buyer need to register their request on Gamehack My orders page
Product should be in unused condition.
Product original packing and tags should remain intact as they were in delivered condition.
Buyer will get the refund or replacement, once we receive the returned goods at Gamehack Office.
If packing or original seal is broken then Gamehack will not return the product.
I received a broken/damaged item. What should I do?
Gamehack used high-tech secure packing technique to pack the material with 2 times quality checks so chances of in transit damage are very minimal. However, if you observed any tempered packing or damage on box then do not accept the shipment or write-down the delivery remakes as tempered box. Any damage product received by buyer should be informed to Gamehack by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receiving the goods. Email should contain pictures of damage products and with details description of issue.
Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?
If you received the damage product then shipping charges of return goods will be bear by Gamehack. If goods are return due to change in mind or personal choice then shipping charges will be borne by Gamehack.
How will I get my money back if I cancelled an order?
In case of returned product the Amount will be transferred in your account in 10-15 days. In case of cancelled order Gamehack will transfer the amount immediately; however it will still take 4-7 days for transaction.
